Booking and cancellation conditions

When your booking is completed, you will receive a reservation confirmation with details about the deposit. The deposit is paid by bank transfer and amounts to 30% of the total price.

You will then usually receive a deposit confirmation from us within 3–5 working days. If the deposit is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Deposit

The deposit amounts to 30% of the total price.

Cancellations

  • From booking until 60 days before arrival: processing fee of €80 per room, the remaining deposit will be refunded
  • From 59 to 14 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount
  • From 13 days before arrival, no-show or early departure: cancellation fee of 90% of the booking amount

Trip cancellation insurance

Would you like additional protection in case you are unable to start your holiday? Then there are two options:

Haflingerhof travel protection

For just €4 per person per night. To make use of our travel protection, simply let us know when making your enquiry or booking.

Allows free cancellation and refund of the deposit in the event of: accident or illness of the booked guests, as well as their children, siblings, parents or grandparents before the start of the holiday or during the stay. Official coronavirus quarantine of the insured guests is also covered. In the event of a claim, we require confirmation from a doctor or an authority.

Credit card travel insurance

If you would like to use the travel insurance included with your credit card, you can arrange your deposit this way instead of by bank transfer. Simply let us know after making your booking.
